Over the years, The Integra Group has designed and developed several custom software projects for the financial industry. Some of our well-known clients in this industry include A.G. Edwards, Commerce Bank and CitiMortgage (a division of CitiCorp.)
Our experience in the financial services industry began with a challenging data synchronization project for the large AGe-Connect web portal project for A.G. Edwards.
We expanded our expertise in this industry with the custom design and development of a comprehensive Student Loan System: Money:101 for Commerce Bank.
This large, fully web based system automates the entire work flow process for the Student Loan Department of Commerce. This includes document imaging, electronic loan applications, automated data file transfer and processing, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and check printing.
Most recently, The Integra Group was contacted by CitiMortgage on an emergency basis to correct vital production reports that were not running correctly. Our software engineers were able to fix the reports immediately. In the process of discovering how these reports needed to perform, we found that inefficient and potentially inaccurate processes were being used in the creation of the reports. We began asking more questions, which led to our design of a fully automated work flow processing system for the Loan Suspense Department.
